1. Gioi thieu
PexisOne ("chung toi") cam ket bao ve quyen rieng tu cua ban khi su dung ung dung PexisOne ("Ung dung"). Chinh sach nay giai thich cach chung toi thu thap, su dung va bao ve thong tin ca nhan cua ban.
2. Thong tin chung toi thu thap
Khi su dung Ung dung, chung toi co the thu thap cac thong tin sau:
- Thong tin tai khoan: Ten, ten dang nhap, mat khau (ma hoa)
- Thong tin cua hang: Ten cua hang, dia chi, so dien thoai
- Du lieu hoat dong: Don hang, hoa don, giao dich tai chinh, thong tin khach hang
- Hinh anh: Anh san pham, hoa don, tai lieu duoc ban tai len
- Thong tin thiet bi: Loai thiet bi, phien ban he dieu hanh (de ho tro ky thuat)
- Push notification token: De gui thong bao ve don hang va hoat dong
3. Cach chung toi su dung thong tin
Thong tin cua ban duoc su dung de:
- Cung cap va duy tri dich vu quan ly cua hang in an
- Xu ly don hang, hoa don va giao dich
- Gui thong bao ve trang thai don hang
- Ho tro ky thuat va cai thien dich vu
4. Chia se thong tin
Chung toi KHONG ban, cho thue hoac chia se thong tin ca nhan cua ban voi bat ky ben thu ba nao. Du lieu cua ban duoc luu tru tren server rieng cua cua hang ban va chi ban co quyen truy cap.
5. Luu tru du lieu
Du lieu cua ban duoc luu tru tren server cua chinh cua hang ban (tu quan ly). Chung toi khong luu tru du lieu tren cloud cua chung toi, ngoai tru thong tin dang ky lab code (ten cua hang, dia chi IP server) tren Firebase de ket noi.
6. Bao mat du lieu
Chung toi ap dung cac bien phap bao mat hop ly de bao ve thong tin cua ban:
- Mat khau duoc ma hoa truoc khi luu tru
- Ket noi WebSocket duoc xac thuc bang token
- Quyen truy cap duoc phan theo vai tro (Admin/Ke toan/Xem)
7. Quyen cua ban
Ban co quyen:
- Xem: Truy cap va xem thong tin ca nhan cua ban trong Ung dung
- Sua: Cap nhat thong tin ca nhan trong phan Cai dat
- Xoa: Xoa tai khoan va toan bo du lieu ca nhan thong qua chuc nang "Xoa tai khoan" trong Cai dat

1. Introduction
PexisOne ("we") is committed to protecting your privacy when using the PexisOne application ("App"). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information: Name, username, password (encrypted)
- Shop information: Shop name, address, phone number
- Business data: Orders, invoices, financial transactions, customer information
- Images: Product, invoice and document photos you upload
- Device information: Device type, OS version (for technical support)
- Push notification token: To send order and activity notifications
3. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the print shop management service
- Process orders, invoices and transactions
- Send notifications about order status
- Technical support and service improvement
4. Information Sharing
We do NOT sell, rent or share your personal information with any third parties. Your data is stored on your shop's own server and only you have access.
5. Data Storage
Your data is stored on your shop's own server (self-managed). We do not store data on our cloud, except for lab code registration information (shop name, server IP address) on Firebase for connectivity.
6. Data Security
- Passwords are encrypted before storage
- WebSocket connections are authenticated via tokens
- Access is role-based (Admin/Accountant/Viewer)
7. Your Rights
- Access: View your personal information in the App
- Update: Modify personal information in Settings
- Delete: Delete your account and all personal data via "Delete Account" in Settings
